HauteKit ("we", "us") operates the GIF Maker mobile application (the "App"). This policy explains what information the App handles, why, and the choices you have.
Information the App handles
- Photos and videos you select are processed on your device to create GIFs; they are not uploaded to our servers.
- GIF search queries are sent to our GIF content provider (KLIPY) to return results.
The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
Third-party services
The App relies on the following services, which process information as described above under their own privacy policies:
- KLIPY — GIF search results and GIF media delivery
- Apple — App distribution and in-app purchase processing
Data retention
We do not operate user accounts and do not maintain profiles of individual users. Content you create in the App is stored on your device and is under your control; deleting the App removes it.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at https://gifmaker.hautekit.com/privacy, and the effective date above shows when it last changed.
